Catherine conducted a review into the practice in Special Education Needs and Disabilities for our school. This included all elements of our SEN provision from universal provision to how we support the needs of individuals and their families. Alongside her detailed evaluations, was evidence to justify final outcomes . This insightful approach meant that we could clearly celebrate best practice and identify next steps. Her approachable, flexible style meant than all staff involved were comfortable and felt fully supported throughout the day. Catherine’s skills and expertise ensured that all involved had trust in her judgements.
