As the LIO for our school, Catherine has shared her skill and expertise, enabling our school to implement new and more effective strategies for school improvement. Through her encouraging coaching style, Catherine has supported our ability to robustly focus when analysing and evaluating the impact of whole-school improvement. Catherine has supported the development of a range of leaders throughout the school and raised their subject linked expectations and middle leadership skills. Her adaptable style supports the wellbeing and performance of all staff, building confidence and trust within our team.
