Nyman Coaching Associates was founded by Catherine Nyman based on a robust 33-year tenure in the education sector.
She has specialized in fostering school improvement and leadership, along with strategic planning. Catherine has implemented dynamic Literacy practices and adeptly utilised PPG, led vibrant teams across schools and regions, and acted as an interim HT for struggling institutions. Her collaborations extend to schools, LA’s, Academy teams, and other leadership that craves growth and challenge.
At the core of Catherines’ work, children and their experiences take precedence. Having concentrated on continuing professional development and coaching for the past 15 years, she wears the hats of both a practicing coach and a coach trainer. When combined with a deep understanding of Literacy and SEN/SEND issues, she is devoted to closing the attainment gap.
